Founded in 2014, Ripple invests in performing and under-performing residential property investments, with the aim to improve property management and maximize the property value. We specialise in low-income, high-yielding investments with cash-on-cash returns of 12%+. We have several equity partners to help fund deals and expand our portfolio.
